This is one of the best experiences I've had out to eat in a long while the staff were great we will be back several times over we will also be recommending and bringing our friends and family back over here. This is the best spot for birria in San Diego. The tacos are authentic street-style TJ tacos served with consome and all the fixings including lime, cilantro, and onions. Plus, the Hillcrest location gives a modern twist to the classic Mexican dishes with the restaurant’s hip vibes and some reggaeton music.
What a great experience. The atmosphere outside next to the street and eating barriers was great for my wife and 5year old. There flour taco was so soft and the beef sooooo tender. A recommend for my family and friends coming into town. Thank you
Birrieria TJ 664 has the best birria in San Diego. I lived in Tijuana all my childhood, so you can trust me when I say this place have the best food. It taste like real Mexican food, the restaurant is nice with TJ decorations and spaninglish phrases. They have now multiple restaurants around south California. You have to eat at this place! Totally recommend.
I have been to several locations, and this is the best one so far. The food was delicious! Portion is plentiful, and the service was great as well. It was great to be able to park around the corner plus the vibe of the place is very chill and authentic with the music and decor, and their seating area is set up to have a view of the area and get some fresh air. I love that it is open late every day because several of their locations aren't. This is my favorite Birrieria at this time.
